When you send a quote request from this website, we receive your name, last name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, date of birth, and your coverage, state and language selections. The request is emailed to info@juvierfamilyinsure.com through the FormSubmit service and saved in Juvier Family Insurance LLC’s secure database, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), so a licensed agent can contact you about your quote. We do not sell your information.
If you create a Client Portal account, your email address, name and any documents you choose to upload are stored privately and encrypted on AWS. Only you and our licensed agents can access your documents. You can ask us to delete your account and documents at any time.
If you use the live chat, your messages are handled by Tawk.to under its own privacy practices. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes your messages under its own privacy practices.
Please do not include sensitive medical, financial or identity information in chat or email messages. Use the Client Portal to share documents.
